On December 22, the People's Bank of China issued a notice regarding the implementation of a one-time credit repair policy. The content shows that for individual overdue information with a single amount not exceeding 10,000 RMB from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2025, individuals who fully repay the overdue debt by March 31, 2026 (inclusive) will not have their information displayed in the financial credit information database. Specifically: (1) Individuals who fully repay overdue debts by November 30, 2025 (inclusive) will not have their relevant overdue information displayed in the financial credit information database from January 1, 2026; (2) Individuals who fully repay overdue debts between December 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026, will not have their relevant overdue information displayed in the financial credit information database by the end of the following month.
