Officials from the National Development and Reform Commission responded to questions from reporters regarding the "Internet Platform Pricing Behavior Rules."

Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission, the State Administration for Market Regulation, and the Cyberspace Administration of China jointly issued the "Internet Platform Pricing Behavior Rules" (hereinafter referred to as the "Behavior Rules"). An official from the National Development and Reform Commission stated in response to questions from reporters that the three departments will strengthen coordination, fully leverage industry self-discipline, guide local authorities to enhance market inspections and supervision, urge platform operators and sellers on the platform to regulate their pricing behavior, and ensure that regulatory requirements are implemented and effective. Specifically, they will carry out policy promotion, promote industry self-discipline, strengthen monitoring and evaluation, and enhance regulatory enforcement to maintain a fair competitive market environment.
