Among them, it is proposed that platform operators should conduct subsidy promotions fairly and justly, and should not engage in false or exaggerated advertising of subsidy amounts and intensity. Platform operators conducting subsidy promotions should prominently display the subsidy and related promotional rules on the website or application (APP) activity pages, clearly indicating the subsidy objects, subsidy methods, participation conditions, start and end times, and other information. The rules will be implemented starting from April 10, 2026, and will be valid for 5 years.
