Ruike Biological-B (02179) announced that the proposal to cancel the Board of Supervisors has been approved by the extraordinary general meeting. Therefore, starting from December 19, 2025, the company will no longer have a Board of Supervisors and will abolish the "Meeting Rules of the Board of Supervisors of Jiangsu Ruike Biological Technology Co., Ltd.," with the Audit Committee under the Board of Directors exercising the supervision functions granted by company law and regulatory requirements. Current members of the Board of Supervisors will no longer serve as company supervisors.

Therefore, starting from December 19, 2025, the company will no longer have a Board of Supervisors and the "Rules of Procedure of the Board of Supervisors of Jiangsu Ruikang Biotechnology Co., Ltd." will be abolished. The Audit Committee under the Board of Directors will exercise the supervisory functions granted by company law and regulations. The current members of the Board of Supervisors will no longer serve as supervisors of the company.
At the provisional shareholders' meeting, Mr. Xu Haoyu was appointed as a non-executive director; Mr. Wei Qifang was appointed as an executive director; and Ms. Wang Jing was appointed as an executive director.
