FOURTH PARADIGM (06682) announced that the Board of Directors has received Mr. Liu Zhuzhan's resignation letter. In order to dedicate more time to other business commitments, Mr. Liu Zhuzhan has resigned from the position of independent non-executive director, effective from December 19, 2025. After approval at the extraordinary general meeting, Mr. Pan Jialin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, with a term lasting from December 19, 2025, until the end of the current term of the Board of Directors.
