GREENTOWN CHINA(03900): Greentown Management and China Communications Construction Group signed a project management framework agreement for 2025.

Greentown China (03900) announced that Greentown Management Group has been occasionally appointed as a project management service provider for relevant projects of China Communications Construction Group, its affiliated companies and/or their contacts. In order to simplify and standardize the relevant transactions under a single framework, on December 19, 2025, Greentown Management and China Communications Construction Group entered into the 2025 Project Management Framework Agreement to regulate Greentown Management Group's provision of project management services to China Communications Construction Group, its affiliated companies and/or their contacts. The term of the 2025 Project Management Framework Agreement is until December 31, 2027.
