CHINA LESSO (02128) and Guangdong Liansu Electric have signed a parts supply agreement.
China Lesso (02128) announced that on December 19, 2025, the company entered into a Parts Supply Agreement with Guangdong Lesso Electric, a company indirectly wholly-owned by Mr. Huang (Chairman, Executive Director, and controlling shareholder). The agreement relates to the purchase of electronic components by the Group from Guangdong Lesso Electric for the financial years ending December 31, 2026, December 31, 2027, and December 31, 2028. The price for the components will not exceed the price offered by any independent third party to the Group.

The agreement includes provisions for the Company to potentially purchase electronic components from Guangdong Leisuo Electric for the years ending December 31, 2026, December 31, 2027, and December 31, 2028, with prices not exceeding those offered by any independent third party to the Company.
