PACIFIC LEGEND (08547) has announced that all conditions precedent as stated in the placement agreement have been fulfilled, and the placement has been completed on 19 December 2025. The placement agent has successfully placed a total of 98.52 million shares at a placement price of HK$0.118 per share to no less than six subscribers in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement.
Pacific Legend (08547) announced that all the preconditions in the subscription agreement have been met, and the subscription matters were completed on December 19, 2025. The subscription agents have successfully placed a total of 98.52 million shares at a subscription price of 0.118 Hong Kong dollars per share to no fewer than six subscribers, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement under the general authorization.
