On December 19th, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the approval for the initial public offering of shares of Yisiwei (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. It is reported that Yisiwei plans to be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Sci-Tech Innovation Board, with Guotou Securities as the sponsor, planning to raise 1.214 billion yuan. According to the prospectus, Yisiwei focuses on the research, development, production, and sales of machine vision equipment for car manufacturing, providing machine vision solutions for various process links in the manufacturing of whole vehicles and parts, and is the leading domestic player in this field as a national key "little giant" enterprise. It has successfully broken the long-term monopoly of foreign manufacturers while accelerating the digitization process of domestic automobile manufacturing. In addition, the company has also expanded its business layout in the field of rail transit operation and aviation, continuously exploring new application scenarios. By the end of 2024, the company's products have been widely used in mainstream joint venture brands such as FAW-Volkswagen, SAIC Volkswagen, GAC Toyota, SAIC General Motors, Beijing Mercedes-Benz, traditional independent brands like BYD Company Limited, JAC, Chery, GAC, Dongfeng, new power brands like Zerun, NIO, Ideal, Xiaomi, Xiaopeng, as well as internationally renowned automotive parts companies like Hayes Lemmerz, Cosma, Benteler, Top, Huaxiang, Huizhong, among others.
