CHI SILVER GP(00815): Subscription agreement has been partially completed.

CHI SILVER GP(00815) announced that the company has obtained a partial consideration of HK$12.15 million (corresponding to 27 million shares to be subscribed) under the subscription agreement E (related to the subscription agreement). As the conditions precedent in the subscription agreement have been satisfied, on December 19, 2025, the subscription agreement has been partially fulfilled (part of the subscription matters completed) according to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. Regarding the remaining 55 million shares to be subscribed under subscription agreement E (remaining subscription matters), it is expected that the completion will occur in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. The company will make further announcements as necessary regarding the completion of the remaining subscription matters.
