Announcement of Dayu Water Saving (300021.SZ): the company, its subsidiary Gansu Dayu Water Saving Group Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hydropower Company"), China Railway 18th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (the lead of the consortium), and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Water Resources and Hydropower Survey Design Research Institute Co., Ltd. formed a consortium and won the bid for the design + construction (including introducing equity investment in supporting projects) + operation general contracting of the main line II of the Longjiang River Valley Irrigation Area Project in the Guixi North West of Guangxi. The total bid amount is 1 billion RMB.
Dayu Irrigation Group(300021.SZ) announced that the company, its subsidiary Gansu Dayu Irrigation Group Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hydropower Company"), China Railway 18th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (the lead member of the consortium), and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Water Resources and Electric Power Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. jointly won the bid for the design+construction of the main line II of the Guixi Northwest Drought-alleviation Longjiang River Valley Irrigation Area Project in Guangxi, including the introduction of equity investment in supporting projects, and total operation contracting. The total bid amount is 1 billion RMB. According to the consortium agreement, the Hydropower Company and the lead member of the consortium jointly act as the construction party for the project, sharing all construction and related work within the scope of the tender; the company acts as the operation party for the project, responsible for operational management and other work. Each party of the consortium shall bear their respective rights and obligations within their designated scope according to the division of responsibilities in accordance with the contract terms.
