Koal Software (603232.SH) terminates acquisition of Weipin Zhiyuan equity.
GELL SOFTWARE (603232.SH) announced that the company previously planned to acquire more than 51% of the equity of Shenzhen Weipin Zhiyuan Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Weipin Zhiyuan") through cash payment. Due to the inability of both parties to reach an agreement on key terms related to the transaction, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the company and all shareholders, the company has carefully studied and negotiated with the counterparty in a friendly manner and decided to terminate the planned equity acquisition transaction.
