China Financial Leasing (02312) has issued an announcement, and the board of directors is pleased to announce that it is proposing to change the company's English name from "Long Corp" to "Long Investment Corp" and to adopt the Chinese name "Long Investment Group" as its new dual foreign name, replacing its current Chinese name "Long Group." The change of name registration certificate issued by the Director of the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands on November 28, 2025 has taken effect. The Hong Kong Companies Registry issued a certificate of registration of change of name of a non-Hong Kong company on December 16, 2025, confirming that the company's new name has been registered in Hong Kong in accordance with Section XVI of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) of Hong Kong.
