China Longyuan Power Group Corporation (00916) announced that the company has completed the issuance of ultra-short-term financing bonds on December 17, 2025. The total amount of this ultra-short-term financing bond issuance is 2.6 billion yuan, with a term of 29 days, a face value of 100 yuan, and a coupon rate of 1.65%. Interest will be calculated from December 18, 2025. The funds raised from this ultra-short-term financing bond will be used to supplement daily working capital and repay interest-bearing debts of the issuer and its subsidiaries.
