Jiangsu Guoxin Corp., Ltd. (002608.SZ) intends to implement additional capital expansion through its subsidiary Guoxin Yangdian to construct the third phase project of Guoxin Yangdian.

Jiangsu Guoxin (002608.SZ) announced that its holding subsidiary Jiangsu Guoxin Yangzhou Power Generation Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guoxin Yangdian") applied for the approval of the Guoxin Yangdian Phase III 2x100 MW expansion project has been obtained in June 2025. Guoxin Yangdian plans to introduce two new shareholders, each of which plans to increase capital and expand shares in Guoxin Yangdian in a non-public agreement manner, in the form of non-proportional capital increase, to jointly invest in the construction of the Guoxin Yangdian Phase III project.
Jiangsu Guoxin Corp., Ltd. (002608.SZ) announced that its subsidiary Jiangsu Guoxin Corp., Ltd. Yangzhou Power Generation Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guoxin Yangzhou Power") has obtained project approval for the expansion project of the Guoxin Yangzhou Power Phase III 2x100 MW in June 2025. Guoxin Yangzhou Power plans to introduce two new shareholders, and each shareholder plans to increase capital and shares in Guoxin Yangzhou Power in a non-public agreement manner in proportion to their contributions, to jointly invest in the construction of the Guoxin Yangzhou Power Phase III project. After negotiation, each shareholder plans to increase capital in Guoxin Yangzhou Power by 1.8 billion yuan based on the valuation, according to a non-proportional capital increase plan. Jiangsu Guoxin Corp., Ltd. will increase capital by 1.06755 billion yuan, Yangtze River Culture and Tourism will not increase capital, Taizhou Taineng will increase capital by 90 million yuan, Yangzhou Energy Group will increase capital by 458.3 million yuan, and Yangzhou LvTou Group will increase capital by 184.15 million yuan. After the capital increase, the shareholding ratios of each party in Guoxin Yangzhou Power will be: Jiangsu Guoxin Corp., Ltd. 75%, Yangtze River Culture and Tourism 2.56%, Taizhou Taineng 5%, Yangzhou Energy Group 12.44%, and Yangzhou LvTou Group 5%.
