Qidian Summit (01280) announced that Mr. Chen Rui has resigned as an independent non-executive director, and will no longer serve as a member of the Company's Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, as well as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee, effective from December 18, 2025, in order to devote more time to personal matters; Mr. Kong Xiangming has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, and also appointed as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
