His term of office is from the date of election and approval by the Board of Directors until the end of the current term of the Board of Directors.

With the approval of the board, Mr. Huang Rongshun will no longer serve as Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and Chairman of the Strategic and Investment Committee (Legal Construction Committee). Mr. Huang Rongshun will continue to serve as an executive director and member of the Strategic and Investment Committee (Legal Construction Committee) and as the general manager.
