TRAVELSKY TECH (00696): Jiang Bo elected as Chairman

TRAVELSKY TECH (00696) announces that Mr. Jiang Bo was elected as the Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and Chairman of the Strategic and Investment Committee (Legal Construction Committee) at the board meeting held on December 18, 2025. His term will last from the date of election and approval by the board until the end of the current term. With the approval of the board, Mr. Huang Rongshun will no longer serve as Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and Chairman of the Strategic and Investment Committee (Legal Construction Committee). Mr. Huang Rongshun will continue to serve as an executive director and member of the Strategic and Investment Committee (Legal Construction Committee) and as the general manager.
