Da Cheng Biochemical Technology (00809) announces that Mr. Wang Guicheng, an executive director and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Group, has been transferred from his position as COO to the position of General Manager of the company, effective from December 18, 2025. This transfer is part of the human resources restructuring of the company (as a state-owned enterprise in Jilin Province) to meet the future business development needs of the Group. After the transfer, Mr. Wang will continue to be responsible for overseeing the Group's operation management and product development, and will also serve as the company's Executive President.
