Xin Neng Low Carbon (00145) announced that Mr. Zheng Yutian (Mr. Zheng) has resigned as an executive director due to the expiry of the service contract between him and the company, effective from December 19, 2025. Mr. Zeng Kunye has also resigned as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the listing rules, while Mr. Su Dawen (Mr. Su) has been appointed as the authorized representative, effective from December 19, 2025. Mr. Su has been an executive director of the company since May 1, 2025.
