BAY AREA DEV(00737): Guangshen Zhu Company and Poly Changda signed a construction contract for the Shenzhen section (TJ2 section)

BAY AREA DEV(00737) has announced that after going through a public bidding and tender process conducted by the Guangzhou Public Resource Trading Center, Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Zhuhai Company (referred to as the company's subsidiary) has selected Poly Changda as the winning bidder. They signed a construction contract for the Shenzhen section (TJ2 section) on December 18, 2025. According to the construction contract for the Shenzhen section (TJ2 section), Poly Changda has agreed to undertake the construction project for the Shenzhen TJ2 section of the approved road expansion project, with a contract price of 1.448 billion yuan.
