Bay Area Development (00737) announced that, after conducting an open bidding and tendering process through the Guangzhou Public Resources Trading Center, Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Zhuhai Company (referred to as the company's subsidiary) selected Poly Changda as the winning bidder and signed a construction contract for the Shenzhen section (TJ2 section) on December 18, 2025. According to the construction contract for the Shenzhen section (TJ2 section), Poly Changda agreed to undertake the construction project for the Shenzhen TJ2 section of the approved road expansion project, with a contract price of 1.448 billion yuan.
