WASION HOLDINGS(03393) subsidiary wins bid for Brazil CPFL project, contract amount exceeding 80 million yuan
Wasion Holdings (03393) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wasion da Amazonia Industria de Instrumentos Electronicos S.A., established in Brazil, successfully won the bid for the CPFL project in December 2025, with a contract value exceeding 80 million yuan (88.32 million Hong Kong dollars).
WASION HOLDINGS (03393) announced that in December 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wasion da Amazonia Industria de Instrumentos Electronicos S.A., successfully won the bid for the CPFL project in Brazil. The contract amount exceeded RMB 80 million (HKD 88.32 million).
CPFL is a leading enterprise in the Brazilian electricity industry. As the second largest comprehensive electricity business group in Brazil, it serves over 10 million users. Its business covers the entire industry chain including power generation, transmission, distribution, and power commercialization, making it an important provider of comprehensive energy solutions in the region.
