HSBC Holdings (00005) announced that Dai Ailan and Yan Kaili will retire as Co-Secretaries of the Company, effective from December 31, 2025. Dai Ailan will continue to serve as the Group's Director of Human Resources and Governance. In addition, Maggie Ng has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Group, effective from January 1, 2026.
