Ningbo Construction (601789.SH) subsidiary consortium won the bid for a construction project worth 747 million yuan.

Ningbo Construction Group (601789.SH) announced that its subsidiary, Zhejiang Yongzhu, as a member of a consortium, has won the bid for the construction project of the infrastructure upgrade of Fenghua Modern Manufacturing Industry Park Fenghua Siming Road (Fangxin Road-Zhoujia River) Fast Transformation Engineering, with a bid price of 747 million yuan. Zhejiang Yongzhu is the leader of the consortium and is responsible for 76.5% of the municipal public utilities engineering.

Ningbo Construction (601789.SH) announced that its subsidiary and controlling holding company Zhejiang Yongzhu is the winning bidder for the construction project for the upgrade of the infrastructure for the Fenghua Modern Manufacturing Industrial Park in the joint venture. The project, called the Fenghua Siming Road (Fangxin Road-Zhoujia River) expressway transformation project, was awarded at a price of 747 million yuan. Zhejiang Yongzhu is the leader of the joint venture and is responsible for 76.5% of the municipal public works portion of the project.

On December 18th, HAOHAI BIOTEC (06826) spent 284,800 Hong Kong dollars to repurchase 11,300 shares.
