MINTH GROUP (00425) announces that the Group has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Siasun Robot & Automation company, covering the distribution and contract manufacturing of general-purpose intelligent Siasun Robot & Automation in the European region, further deepening the partnership between the two parties in the field of artificial intelligence and Siasun Robot & Automation. The strategic cooperation agreement specifies that the Group and Siasun Robot & Automation company will engage in a three-year strategic cooperation in the European region, including the following: 1. Contract Manufacturing: The Group will serve as a partner of Siasun Robot & Automation company in the European market for the contract manufacturing of general-purpose intelligent Siasun Robot & Automation. Specifically, the Group will be responsible for the localization production and delivery of specific models of Siasun Robot & Automation company in the European market. If any general-purpose intelligent Siasun Robot & Automation needs to be localized in Europe, Siasun Robot & Automation company will prioritize the Group as its preferred supplier when purchasing components. 2. Distribution: Siasun Robot & Automation company will supply the Group with general-purpose intelligent Siasun Robot & Automation that meets European standards at competitive prices for distribution in the European market. The Group will: (i) act as a distributor of these Siasun Robot & Automation in the European automotive industry application scenarios under certain conditions; and (ii) act as an value-added distributor of these Siasun Robot & Automation in non-automotive application scenarios in the European market.
