TIMES NEIGHBOR (09928) announced that Zhou Rui's term as an executive director will expire on December 18, 2025. Due to Zhou Rui's intention to allocate more time to personal affairs, he has confirmed that he will not renew his executive director service contract after the end of his term. He will also no longer serve as a member of the company's Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee ("ESG Committee") or as an authorized representative, effective from December 18, 2025. Chen Xiaolei will be appointed as the company's executive director, a member of the ESG Committee, and an authorized representative, effective from December 18, 2025. Ms. Chen will also be appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, effective from the same date, to oversee the company's financial management and the group's capital market operations.
