Asia Express (08620) announced that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP (Deloitte) has resigned as the company's auditor effective December 17, 2025, due to the inability of the board of directors and Deloitte to reach an agreement on the proposed audit fees for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.
