AE LOGISTICS (08620) announced that Daxing Masheyun Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. (Daxing) resigned as the company's auditor as of December 17, 2025, due to the Board of Directors and Daxing not being able to reach an agreement on the proposed audit fees for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. After considering the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Guocheng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. (Guocheng) as the new auditor of the company, effective from December 17, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Daxing's resignation, with the term ending at the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company.
