Guizhou Bank (06199) announced that the bank has received approval for the qualifications of directors today. The Guizhou Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (Guizhou Banking Regulatory Bureau) has approved Ms. Zhang Yan as a non-executive director of the bank, and Mr. Zhang Junjie, and Mr. Xu Liang as independent non-executive directors of the bank. The terms of office for Ms. Zhang, Mr. Zhang, and Mr. Xu will expire at the end of the fourth session of the board of directors.
