BANK OF GUIZHOU(06199): The qualifications of directors Zhang Yan, Zhang Junjie and Xu Liang have been approved by the Guizhou Financial Regulatory Bureau.

The Bank of Guizhou (06199) has issued an announcement that today it has received approval for the appointment qualifications of directors. The Guizhou Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (Guizhou Banking Regulatory Bureau) has approved Ms. Zhang Yan as a non-executive director of the bank, as well as Mr. Zhang Junjie and Mr. Xu Liang as independent non-executive directors. The terms of office for Ms. Zhang, Mr. Zhang, and Mr. Xu will last until the end of the fourth term of the board of directors.
