Higan Holdings (02885) announced that, after considering the company's financial and cash flow situation, as well as to reward shareholders for their continued support in a challenging economic environment, and enhance investor confidence in the company and factors contained in the company's dividend policy, the board of directors has decided to declare a special dividend of HK$0.07 per share of the company's ordinary shares. The company also ensures that it has sufficient funds to cover its day-to-day operating expenses. The special dividend will be paid on January 19, 2026 (Monday) to shareholders of the company who are listed on the company's share register as of the end of business hours on January 7, 2026 (Wednesday).
