Pingzhi Information (300571.SZ) announced that the company recently received a contract for computing power services for the years 2025 to 2030 between its subsidiary Hangzhou Zhaoneng Xuntong Technology Co., Ltd. ("Hangzhou Zhaoneng") and China United Network Communications Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Branch ("Inner Mongolia Unicom"). Due to Hangzhou Zhaoneng's ability to provide integrated computing power services, Inner Mongolia Unicom has entrusted Hangzhou Zhaoneng to provide computing power services. The total contract amount for this agreement is 38.25 million RMB including tax.
Hangzhou Anysoft Information Technology (300571.SZ) announced that its subsidiary Hangzhou Zhaoneng Xuntong Technology Co., Ltd. ("Zhaoneng Xuntong") has recently signed a "Computing Power Service Contract 2025-2030" with Inner Mongolia Branch of China United Network Communications Limited ("Inner Mongolia Unicom"). Given Zhaoneng Xuntong's capability to provide comprehensive computing power services, Inner Mongolia Unicom has entrusted Zhaoneng Xuntong to provide computing power services. The contract amount for this agreement is 38.25 million yuan.
This contract project belongs to Zhaoneng Xuntong's computing power business, and it will have a positive impact on the company's future operating performance.
