On the news front, on December 15, TIMES CHINA announced the withdrawal of the winding-up petition. The announcement stated that the board of directors of Times China announced that after a joint application was made by all parties by way of agreed summons, the High Court had ordered the withdrawal of the petition on December 15, 2025. As of the date of this announcement, there is no pending winding-up petition against Times China.
