Zhongjin Securities and Guangfa Securities (Hong Kong) were acting as joint sponsors at the time of submission.

The prospectus disclosed that Shiyuan Electronics is an expert in intelligent control technology and is also one of the world's leading commercial display equipment companies. It has established a leading market position in the field of interactive smart panels (IFPD) and LCD main control boards for education and enterprise services. According to Frost & Sullivan data, by 2024, the company's MAXHUB branded conference interactive smart panel will have a market share of 25.0% (by revenue) ranking first in mainland China, and with a market share of 9.9% (by revenue) ranking second globally.
