Cao Cao Travel (02643) announces that on December 16, 2025, a total of 19 company management members (including all company directors who were granted options under the share incentive plan adopted by the company in November 2022) voluntarily committed to the company that during the period until June 24, 2026, they will not sell the company shares acquired after exercising the options granted under the initial public offering share incentive plan.
CAOCAO INC (02643) announced that on December 16, 2025, a total of 19 company management members (including all company directors granted options under the stock incentive plan adopted by the company in November 2022) voluntarily pledged to the company that they will not sell the company shares obtained after exercising the options granted under the initial public offering before June 24, 2026.
The company believes that the voluntary lock-up commitment of the relevant management members on their company shares demonstrates their confidence in the group and is beneficial for the continuous, stable, and healthy development of the group.
