China Gas (00384) announced that on December 8, 2025, North Gas Singapore and China Gas International (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a master agreement for the purchase and sale of liquefied natural gas. On December 10, 2025, China Gas International and North Gas Singapore entered into a confirmation memorandum, whereby China Gas International agreed to purchase and North Gas Singapore agreed to sell 3.4 million MMBtu of liquefied natural gas for a total consideration of 38.8858 million US dollars.

On December 10, 2025, China Gas International and Bei Ran Singapore entered into a confirmation memorandum, wherein China Gas International agreed to purchase and Bei Ran Singapore agreed to sell 3.4 million MMBtu of liquefied natural gas, at a total price of 38.8858 million US dollars.
