Fortress Resources Holdings Limited (02892) announced that from December 16, 2025, (i) Mr. Lou Jiaqiang, BBS, MH, JP (Mr. Lou) will be transferred from executive director to non-executive director, and will resign from the positions of CEO and Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors to devote more time to his personal business affairs; and (ii) Mr. Wang Tingcong, SBS, JP (Mr. Wang), executive director and chairman of the company, will be appointed as CEO and Chairman of the Executive Committee to succeed Mr. Lou.

Million Cities (02892) announced that starting from December 16, 2025, (i) Mr. Lo Ka Keung BBS, MH, JP (Mr. Lo) will be re-designated from an executive director to a non-executive director, and will resign from his positions as CEO and Chairman of the Board's Executive Committee to dedicate more time to his personal business affairs; and (ii) Mr. Wong Ting Chung SBS, JP (Mr. Wong), the executive director and Chairman of the Company, will be appointed as CEO and Chairman of the Executive Committee, succeeding Mr. Lo.
