Far Gas (002971.SZ) announced that the major shareholder Changjiang Growth Capital Investment Co., Ltd. ("Changjiang Capital") holding 5.001% of the shares plans to reduce its stake in the company by 2.1176 million shares (1% of the total share capital) through centralized competitive bidding within three months after the disclosure of the announcement, starting from fifteen trading days after the disclosure.
Hubei Heyuan Gas Co., Ltd. (002971.SZ) announced that its major shareholder, Changjiang Growth Capital Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Changjiang Capital"), holding 5.001% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings of 211.76 million shares (1% of the total share capital of the company) through centralized bidding within three months after the fifteenth trading day following the disclosure of the announcement.
