Tongfang Co., Ltd. (600100.SH) announced that the company plans to transfer 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tongfang Technology Park Co., Ltd. ("Tongfang Technology Park"), which holds Shanghai Cuineng Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. ("Shanghai Cuineng"), through the public listing on the property rights exchange. As of May 31, 2025, the audited net asset book value of 100% equity of Shanghai Cuineng is -15.6456 million yuan, with an assessed value of 17.2043 million yuan, resulting in an appreciation rate of 209.96%.
