MMG (01208) announced on December 16, 2025, that the seller, MMG Australia Limited, has entered into a Rosebery Concentrate Sales Agreement with Minmetals North Europe for the sale of the product.
The quantity is 100% of the output for the years 2026 and 2027, with an estimated annual amount of approximately 6,000 dry metric tons of the product (precious metal concentrate produced at the Rosebery mine in Tasmania, Australia).
Considering that the competitive bidding process was conducted to grant the product to the buyer, the directors (including independent non-executive directors) believe that entering into the Rosebery Concentrate Sales Agreement is beneficial for the Group to secure the best sales terms, including delivering the product to specific types of known smelters specialized in processing the product.
