From the development of satellites in the front end to the consumption of end applications, covering the entire chain and global layout, Chinese Technology Group is therefore regarded as the first stock of China's commercial aerospace going global.
The Central Economic Work Conference was held in Beijing on December 10-11. The conference proposed to adhere to the "dual carbon" leading principle and promote comprehensive green transformation. In the energy field, the conference proposed to "formulate a plan for building an energy powerhouse, accelerate the construction of a new energy system, and expand the application of green electricity". China's energy development still faces many challenges such as enormous demand pressure, multiple supply constraints, and the arduous task of green transformation. By the end of June 2025, the national wind and solar power installed capacity had exceeded 1.67 billion kilowatts, accounting for about 45.8% of the total installed capacity of electricity, becoming a major source of new power. However, as the proportion of green electricity (wind and solar power) generation increases, the pressure on accommodation becomes more pronounced, making it urgent to accelerate the construction of a new energy system. The infrastructure of the new energy system covers multiple aspects, with energy storage systems being an important part. According to the forecast of CHINA POWER Enterprise Federation, by 2030, the proportion of non-fossil energy generation capacity in China will reach around 60%, the proportion of non-fossil energy generation will be close to 50%, and the incremental share of non-fossil power generation in the total electricity consumption will reach around 90%. There is a commercial aerospace company called C STRATEGIC TEC (01725), listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, based in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, focusing on Aerospace Hi-Tech Holding Group and the high-end manufacturing sector. Headquartered in Guangzhou, China, with multiple branches in Beijing, Hong Kong, and Dubai, UAE, it has initially built a business network radiating across the Middle East, North Africa, and linking domestic and international businesses. From satellite development to end-use consumption, C STRATEGIC TEC is considered as the first stock in China's commercial aerospace industry going global. C STRATEGIC TEC focuses on the aerospace industry while also laying out in the energy storage industry and precision manufacturing sectors. Commercial Aerospace Boom By the end of 2025, the National Space Administration had subsequently issued a three-year action plan for commercial aerospace and established a Commercial Aerospace Bureau. The action plan clearly states that by 2027, the commercial aerospace industry ecology will be highly efficient and collaborative, scientific research and production will be safe and orderly, industrial scale will significantly increase, innovation creativity will significantly enhance, and resources and capabilities will be effectively coordinated and efficiently utilized. Around the above goals, the "Action Plan" clearly emphasizes enhancing innovative creative energy, efficient utilization of resource capacity, promoting the growth of the industry, improving industry management services, strengthening safety supervision along the entire chain, among other 22 key measures. The "Action Plan" proposes guiding and nurturing patient capital. Improve the investment and financing system of commercial Addsino Co., Ltd., establish a national commercial Addsino Co., Ltd. fund, encourage local governments, financial institutions, and social capital to jointly establish investment platforms, guide capital to persist in long-term, strategic, and value investments. Currently, there are over 600 commercial aerospace companies in China, gradually releasing the potential of commercial Addsino Co., Ltd. under the premise of ensuring safety. C STRATEGIC TEC has promoted the rapid implementation of domestic satellite programs by carrying out a series of low-orbit satellite constellation system design, satellite design, development, testing, launch, and in-orbit delivery, securing a place in space infrastructure. C STRATEGIC TEC has cooperated with several internationally renowned companies to jointly build a global industrial chain ecosystem from satellite manufacturing and launch to operation and application. C STRATEGIC TEC is considering landing the satellite industry chain and the energy storage industry chain in Guangzhou to create a technology industrial park belonging to "China Made". After multiple visits, C STRATEGIC TEC has recognized the development prospects of the commercial aerospace and energy storage industries in Guangzhou. From satellite to energy storage sector It is worth noting that C STRATEGIC TEC's business is expanding from a comprehensive layout in the Aerospace Hi-Tech Holding Group field (covering satellite communication, navigation, remote sensing, deep space exploration, and star chain applications), such as the design and manufacturing of specialized CECEP Solar Energy boards for aerospace, as well as high-reliability energy storage solutions for satellites and aerospace ground systems. In essence, C STRATEGIC TEC is leveraging the aerospace industry as a technological and standards highground by sequentially introducing the key capabilities of energy management, thermal control materials, reliability design, and precision machining precipitated in the aerospace field into the energy storage industrial sector. Starting from the "high-dimensional" of satellite technology to energy storage, C STRATEGIC TEC focuses on providing safe and reliable energy storage services and customized solutions for the global power grid and new energy fields, ensuring efficient and stable operation of assets, effectively enhancing the reliability, flexibility, economy, and cleanliness of the power grid operation, empowering customers to create sustainable value, driving the transformation and upgrading of energy structure, and injecting strong momentum into the integration of new energy consumption and grid development. For example, C STRATEGIC TEC is laying out new solid-state battery energy storage technology for application in grid-side energy storage systems, establishing cutting-edge solutions that combine high security and long life. It mainly features inherent safety and controllable risks, ultra-long life with a cycle life of over 15,000 times, enhancing grid security and stability, covering the operation cycle of energy storage systems for 15-20 years, enhancing grid regulation capacity, participating more reliably in peak and frequency regulation of the grid, smoothing grid load curve, rapid response to changes in grid frequency, maintaining wide adaptability, and making integration easier, optimizing the overall life cycle economics: more advantages in depreciation costs, lower maintenance costs, higher system efficiency, and optimizing the overall life cycle costs. By 2027, all energy storage projects of C STRATEGIC TEC will be connected to the grid, with the goal of achieving tens of billions in asset holdings. Under the "dual carbon" goal, C STRATEGIC TEC will help the industrial chain of Shanxi Guoxin Energy Corporation to achieve leadership from "technological breakthroughs" to "industry standards", assist in the modernization of the national power grid in Belt and Road countries, and help the Chinese energy storage industry to transition from a "Chinese example" to a "global vision". At the same time, a new speculation has emerged: 700-800 kilometers away, satellites can receive uninterrupted CECEP Solar Energy supply, extremely low cooling costs, and continent-spanning low-latency coverage, which conveniently matches the next-generation computing power requirements. This is a new starting point for industrial competition. In the future, the commercial aerospace represented by C STRATEGIC TEC may no longer be just in the rocket and satellite industry but in the "space version of the information industry revolution". With the pioneering layout of the commercial aerospace industry and the energy storage industry, "taking computing power to space" may become another "trump card" for the commercial aerospace industry.
