RAFFLESINTERIOR (01376) announced that on December 10, 2025, the company has established an Independent Directors Committee consisting of Mr. Ni Shunfa and Mr. Huang Xiangming, who are independent non-executive directors, to conduct an independent investigation on the complaints received from the external auditors and all inquiries from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited that require a response from the board of directors.
