The Chunquan Industry Trust (01426) announced that, starting from December 16, 2025, Mr. Hideya ISHINO will resign as a non-executive director of the manager and as a member of the audit committee and consultation committee; Mr. Xu Xiaolin will be appointed as a non-executive director of the manager and a member of the consultation committee; and Mr. Tadashi KONNO will be appointed as a non-executive director of the manager and a member of the audit committee and consultation committee.
