The Hong Kong Tourism Board announced that the preliminary number of visitors to Hong Kong in November was 4.1892 million, an increase of 17% compared to the same period last year. Among them, there were 3.0413 million visitors from mainland China, an increase of 19% year-on-year, and 1.1479 million visitors from outside mainland China, an increase of 14% year-on-year.
The Hong Kong Tourism Board announced that the preliminary number of visitors to Hong Kong in November was 4.1892 million, an increase of 17% compared to the same period last year. Among them, there were 3.0413 million visitors from mainland China, a 19% increase year-on-year, and 1.1479 million visitors from non-mainland China, a 14% increase year-on-year. In the first 11 months of this year, there were approximately 45 million visitors to Hong Kong, an increase of 12% compared to the same period last year, surpassing the total number of visitors to Hong Kong for the entire year of 2024. In the first 11 months, visitors from mainland China accounted for approximately 34.5 million, an additional 11% compared to last year, while non-mainland China visitors reached approximately 10 million, an increase of 16%. Short-haul and long-haul markets both saw close to a 20% increase.
