Shenzhen Stock Exchange Announcement: Due to the end of the stabilisation period of the stock price of China Mould New Material (02579) in the Hong Kong market and the corresponding listing on the A-share market for more than 10 trading days, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect Implementation Measures", the list of eligible securities for the Hong Kong Stock Connect has been adjusted, with China Mould New Material being added effective from December 15, 2025.

Shenzhen Stock Exchange announced that, as CNGR (02579) has ended its stabilization period in the Hong Kong market and has been listed on the A-share market for more than 10 trading days, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect Implementation Measures," the list of securities eligible for the Stock Connect program will be adjusted, with CNGR being added to the list starting from December 15, 2025.

SINOHYTEC (02402) plans to discount approximately 14.99% for a maximum of 8.88 million shares, raising approximately HK$198 million.

GLOBAL NEW MAT (06616) plans to issue convertible bonds with a total principal amount of 1 billion Hong Kong dollars.

A-share subscription | Jiangtian Technology (920121.BJ) opens subscription. Customers include global well-known brands such as Unilever, P&G, and Shell.
