(referred to as "Prairie Sugar Industry") for a transaction amount of 29.1 million yuan. It is reported that Huazhi Hotel ceased operations to the public in 2018 and has since only been used for temporary accommodation for visiting clients, with very low utilization. This sale will help enhance the company's liquidity and improve its asset operation efficiency.
