DATANG RENEW (01798): Jian Xuegen has been appointed as joint company secretary, authorized representative, and Hong Kong legal process agent.

DATANG RENEW (01798) announced that the Stock Exchange has confirmed that Ms. Zou Min is qualified to serve as the Company Secretary under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules after the expiry of the exemption period. Ms. Kwong Yin Ping has resigned as the Joint Company Secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and authorized representative (Hong Kong legal process agent) under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules and section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the laws of Hong Kong), effective from December 12, 2025. Ms. Jin Xue Gen has been appointed as the Joint Company Secretary, authorized representative, and Hong Kong legal process agent, effective from December 12, 2025. Meanwhile, Ms. Zou Min will continue to serve as another Joint Company Secretary.
