Oceanwide Services (06677) announced that Mr. Shen Peiying has resigned from the position of Company Secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and as the authorized representative of the company for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) to focus on handling other business. The resignation will be effective from December 13, 2025. The Board also announced the appointment of Ms. Chen Jiamin as the new Company Secretary, authorized representative as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and agent for legal process documents, effective from December 13, 2025.
