Centaline Property analyst Alex Shing Cheung-yin believes that the total rent has increased by about 2.92% in the first 11 months of this year. Looking at the analysis of the rent per square foot in the top ten estates in November, the changes were mixed with 4 estates showing an increase, 4 showing a decrease, and the remaining 2 remaining unchanged. When calculating the rent per square foot for the first 11 months of this year, 7 of the top ten estates have seen an increase, indicating that the rental trend for the year is mainly on the rise.
