Therefore, Dr. Zhang will step down from his positions as independent non-executive director, chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee on December 15, 2025. After Dr. Zhang's retirement, Dr. Qiu Jiabao, an independent non-executive director of the company, will be appointed as chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee.
