Yongli Investment (01145) announced that following the resignation of Deloitte, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Ernst & Young (EY) as the company's new auditor based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The appointment will be effective from December 12, 2025, to fill the interim vacancy and will serve until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
