CMON (01792) announced that all conditions for the share consolidation have been met, and the share consolidation will take effect on December 11, 2025. The consolidated shares will commence trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at 9:00 am on December 11, 2025. Additionally, due to the share consolidation taking effect, the minimum trading unit will be changed to 2000 shares of the consolidated shares, starting from December 11, 2025, instead of the current 70,000 shares.
