On the morning of December 11, DEKON AGR(02419) held the unveiling ceremony of the "Hundred Villages, Million Yuan" project training base in Yibin, Sichuan. In order to actively respond to the national rural revitalization strategy and deepen the modernization transformation of agriculture, Dekon Group has established the "Hundred Villages, Million Yuan" project training base in Yibin, focusing on pig farming and serving family farmers. This is the first professional practical training platform in the country. The base covers an area of about 50 acres, integrating talent cultivation, technical demonstration, and industrial empowerment, with advanced hardware facilities. It is an important practice for serving the construction of a strong agricultural province and focusing on talent revitalization. At the ceremony, the "Joint Initiative for Cultivating New Farmers" was also released to strengthen the close cooperation between the government, universities, enterprises, and farmers, to support the high-quality development of the pig farming industry. According to institutional research, by November 2025, DEKON AGR's full cost of production for commodity pigs has dropped to about 11.80 yuan/kg, mainly due to improvements in production efficiency and cost reduction through refined management. In the future, the company will continue to promote the continuous reduction of the full cost of production for commodity pigs in terms of weaning cost, feed ratio, overall survival rate, and costs during the period. DEKON AGR stated that the base focuses on "talent cultivation as the core, technical demonstration as the support, and industrial empowerment as the goal", building a system of education that integrates theory teaching, hands-on practice, and business guidance.
